Bonded Neodymium
Neodymium injected Magnets: the most popular in the market, produced exclusively on customer’s request and available together with the mold or for exclusive use

Through injection or compression molding today it is possible to mix plastic materials with powders that are more or less charged with Praseodymium-Neodymium. This makes it possible to create a personalized magnetic mix that expresses a residual induction and a coercive field upon request.
This innovative solution allows for the production of magnets with extremely reduced dimensional tolerance, and with exceptional mechanical strength characteristics, but mostly, it makes the overmolding of other plastic and/or metal particulars (rotors, stators, support rods, among other things) possible.
The Neodymium injected magnets are currently the most popular. They are produced upon customer’s request, who,
when buying the mold, has exclusive rights to its use.
Aside from small samples, there are, therefore, no magnets in stock.
