Plastic Laminate
Oriented magnetic Plastic Laminate: magnetic material obtained
by a lamination process, with high mechanical workability and strong resistance to abrasion.

Oriented Magnetic Plastic Laminate is obtained thanks to a lamination process with Barium or Strontium powders and synthetic rubber. Depending on the type of duty, the maximum length is around 1500mm with thicknesses that range from 0.5 to 10mm.
The mechanical workability is the main characteristic of this magnetic material that is placed, from the point of view of effective force, between SXD Ferrite and SXM Ferrite.
The applicable magnetizations to laminated magnetic rubber are the most various and allow to exploit all the flow that a magnetic material can express.
The new REX (acrylic resin) protection film increases resistance to abrasion, and also improves the exterior appearance. The magnetic rubber can also be coupled with colored or double-sided PVC upon request.
