Vibrating Feeders
Vibrating feeders or screeners for separating treated material based
on its dimensions

The use of Eddy Current SMNF machines for the separation of non ferrous metals typically requires the use of a Vibrating feeder and/or vibrating screens in order to obtain a single layer of material on the machine, which can then be more easily and efficiently separated.
T
he parameters that lead to the choice of the correct machine are usually identified by the flow of the material to be processed, the size and the loading manner of the vibrating machine; in case the material needs to be divided based on its dimensions, we make recourse to the use of vibrating screens wherein the dimension to be identified will be requested.
Since, we can place magnetic systems on vibrating machines, in such circumstances the bottoms of the machines will be made out of non-magnetic steel.
Calamit is able to offer both machines with electromechanical solutions as well as those with electromagnetic solutions.
